The Journal of the National Organization Editorial Board developed this style guide to help answer some of the most commonly asked questions article writers have when submitting an article to the Journal. Included in the guide is information about punctuation, abbreviations, academic and organizational titles, how to use quotes, photo captions, spelling, numbers, and other useful topics, such as Making the Most of the Dictionary. When in doubt, use the AHEC Style Guide A-Z, a concise, alphabetized list of helpful information to writing and style questions.
If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please let us know. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and send your question there. We will get back with an answer to you and include it when we update the style guide.
Thanks for writing your article and supporting the Journal. We hope that the style guide is a useful resource to you.
