Really fantastic conference! I hadn't planned on going because it wasn't in my budget, but I scraped together some money and registered at the last minute -- I'm so glad that I did! Conference Registration

  Please note: ALL participants must register in advance in order to be included in the attendee list, and allowed access to the conference proceedings. This will also ensure that you have a name badge, and are counted for all of our food functions.

Conference Registration does not include or guarantee your accommodation reservation at the Marriott Crystal Gateway Arlington, Virginia (the conference venue). Hotel reservations must be made separately. Please see the Hotel Information section of the web site for information on how to make your hotel reservations.

Included Meals: lunch with Board and New Directors Orientation on Sunday, breakfast, lunch and the Odyssey cruise on Monday, and breakfast and lunch Tuesday.

Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please send cancellation letter via e-mail to registration@nationalAHEC.org or fax it to 414-768-8001, Attn: Sedrick Gray. Full refund less a 20% per person cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received by Monday, June 7, 2018. No refunds will be issued after June 7, 2018. Participant substitutions will be allowed if request is made in writing.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the written cancellation notice. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 6 – 8 weeks. Refunds for registrations paid by check or wire transfer will be made payable to the original check issuer.

The NAO Board of Directors may elect to waive any processing fees for cancellations due to special circumstances such as personal or family illness or death.

Full refunds will be given and a processing fee will not be assessed on programs cancelled by National AHEC Organization.
